I am trying to add white text to the paper bag but when I save the text disappers.

Please could you help me resolve this.

Is there anyway you can update to allow for a transparent background? It seems you have had other requests for this same issue and should want to satisfy your customers. And, also, a reversible letterhead of the photo with depth of field? Great marketing on your part, but unfortunately, after purchasing, I am not able to use because of its limitations. If you are unable to make the changes/updates, how do I go about getting my money back? Thank you.

Sorry my bad-the items I needed updated included the identity .esp files not the psds. The esp files can not be opened in Illustrator or Indesign. Sorry for the confusion!

Just bought your mockup, and i think you got some great work over here! I was wondering if you can guide me or help with getting your work on a white background or any single color background. Is it even possible to keep the shadows and effects and just have it on a transparent background? I`d like to use it on my website and have the website background visible.

Looks like a great package. Could you let me know whether I will be able to edit this properly in photoshop elements?

Adobe says: “Photoshop Elements does not fully support Smart Objects. While you can open files that already have Smart Object layers, you cannot create Smart Objects nor open the files embedded as Smart Objects.”

Not sure whether this means I could properly use your files.

Feels like i got ripped off. In the screen shot it shows the business cards as if the design will show on the other cards in the stack. But it does not because the 3d stack is flattened and is not editable. The same goes for the back of the envelope .psd 08 the layer is flatten.

I see that pp are asking for changeable backgrounds. Is this feature available as of today? I would like to load in my own textures/table-top backgrounds.

Next, for the 11th demo picture, the letterhead layout is “left-side oriented”. For my client, I’ll need a “right-side orientation”. Is the letterhead part shiftable to the right side?

I love love love this. However, try as I might, the envelopes design (back only) isn’t working properly. It’s in 08.psd.

Lovely work. Can you tell me if the background can be changed to white, without loosing the shadows etc. The design I am working on requires a pure white background !
