How can I fit the picture in the circle??? Please help

Ok, Please follow these steps :

1- from insert >> choose picture

2 – select your photo and click ok

3 – from format >> click on position and select this one

When I do that the whole circle goes in the middle of the page not the picture in the middle of the circle…by the way mi picture is rectangular, not square….

Please I need help with my comments above, it´s urgent

Hey, I have to questions. How do I my the picture fit ? I insert the picture as you explained in the comments, but how to make it circle shape. And also How do you add language or remove ?

Okay done, now under languages, i want to take off French, i took it off, but i can not take off the space after the word is gone, i tried going everything, and failed

I figured the problem out. but sadly i have a new problem, When i insert the picture in, and save the file. when i open the file again the picture is gone, i tried to do it couple times, but same thing.

1 – double click on the circle 2- follow this picture http://www.msa7ti.com/uploads/1426760871691.jpg 3- insert your photo before doing these steps, be sure that your photo is square not rectangle .

How do I add a photo in Word? Every time I paste/add a photo it doesn’t fit. And when I try to minimize the size of the picture, it just get’s hidden behind the elements on the left side. Hope you can help me! :-)
