Sorry, I know Word is a text-program and not meant to create beautiful layouts. It can be hard to handle when it comes to bringing shapes and icons in-line. But when I buy a template on Graphicriver, I want it to be made properly and meet certain quality standards.

The Word-versions of this template lack in quality when it comes to important factors of layout. A lot of the dots are not in line, the icons within are not in line and differ in size. A schooled eye sees this right away. Even the PSDs are made sloppy at some points.

I would like to get a refund if possible.
