The action has been tested and working on Photoshop CS3,CS4,CS5,CS6,CC+
The action will ONLY WORK IN THE ENGLISH VERSION OF PHOTOSHOP!! If you are not using the English version of Photoshop, you can always change it to English using this method below.

Please avoid using small resolution images. For the best results, use Photos between : 1500px – 3000px high/wide.
If you are experiencing errors, try resetting your Photoshop preferences. To do this,
Hold down Alt, Ctrl, & Shift keys (Mac: Command, Option, Shift) while starting up Photoshop.
A dialog box will appear asking if you wish to delete the preferences/settings file.
EDITABLE LAYERS
All layers are well organised and grouped so you can easy modify them. You can modify, rearrange ,move, transform ,copy anything you want!! Color option you can modify according your needs. You can change your image resolution 70 -300 pixels/inch for different particles expand.. On resolution 70 the expand of the particles will be smaller than when you have the resolution on 300…
