  Both Front and Back in Photoshop format. They’re sized at 9” x 11.5” at 150 dpi, so they’re ready to print on Letter paper with full bleed. Crop the canvas down to 8.5” x 11” if you won’t be printing with full bleed.
• Workbook
  Workbook in InDesign format. It’s sized at 8.5” x 11” for printing on Letter paper. It includes the following template features, which can be quickly edited to change any design elements you wish across the entire document:
  • Master Pages
    • 0-Title: Title page with logo background. The back side has sample copyright text.
    • A-Section Title Page: A title page for new sections within the document.
    • A-Normal Page: The standard page for everything that’s not a Title or Section Title Page.
