How editable is/are the templates?

Templates are FULLY EDITABLE as if you created them from scratch. You can add or replace images; change colors; move, scale and crop graphic elements; change the fonts and replace the filler text with your own copy to suit your individual needs.

How the templates are made? Will I be able to edit and customize them?

Each template is made in order to be used by everyone, with just a basic knowledge of a single software. For every kind of problem you may have with one of them, always try to contact me first: I’m always available to helpa and provide support.

Do you provide support?

YES, usually you can get an answer the same day of the request. If i’m not available, there will be a notice on my profile page (http://graphicriver.net/user/andre28)

What do you mean with “UPDATES”? How can i download again a file i’ve already bought?

Usually after some time, I review my items, improve them, add pages or other elements, check the status of the fonts used and so on… When i change something, i will change the “LAST UPDATE” day. To download the item again, you have to go in your account page, and then into the “Downloads” section (http://graphicriver.net/user/YOUR-USERNAME-HERE/downloads)

If I buy an item and after some time the price changes because of an update, do I need to pay an extra?

NO, you will be able to download it again for free.

How do I rate an item? I cannot click on the stars near the page item.

To be able to rate an item, you have to go under the “downloads” section in your account (http://graphicriver.net/user/YOUR-USERNAME-HERE/downloads) Be sure of what you click, and please, if not satisfied for any kind of problem, leave a comment stating the reason. Before giving a bad rating, try to contact me.

When i update the chart’s datas, the chart disappear? What does it happen and why? (Thanks to Sean)

I discovered that illustrator “keeps in mind” where the chart has been created originally. Since i moved the charts to create the preview set, the chart does not disappear, but simply moves down at the bottom of the page. Simply move it to the correct position to have everything set up correctly.
