About This Generator File

Using the file is really very simple. Open the .psd file in Photoshop. The layers panel is broken into 3 layer groups:

Lighting The layer group contains 4 lighting opens. you can turn on one lighting layer or multiple layers. The direction and intensity of the light can be adjusted through the Gradient Layer Style applied to each layer.

Textures This layer group contains 20 different black and white textures. These texture layers are set to a Multiply blending mode so the blacks and grays show through to the next layer. You can turn on 1 or more layers in this group to create a multitude of layer effects. You can also adjust the opacity of each texture to reduce it’s intensity.

Background Color This layer group contains a solid color fill and a gradient fill. You can click to edit the colors within these layer fills to effect the overall hue of the texture you are creating.
