Hi, today I ordered this product and I follow the instructions but I can’t see the white frame. I only can see the dot lines frame. and in the final the result is the photo with no effects. Help. Thanks.
Hi Javi, please send me a PM via the form in my profile, if possible with some screen shots to be able to pinpoint the problem. Thanks.
Ok I am using cc 2015 also and I am not getting any effect
Please send me a message through my profile & I can send you a solution
A disappointing start. I’m using PS CC2015 and editing a 300 dpi image, but the area outside the frame is not masked out at the end of the action.
Sorry to hear that, I’ll look into it tonight when I get home to the computer & let you know ASAP.
OK, I’ve found the bug. Please send me a message via my profile so that I can reply via email and send you a solution.
Thank you for the fix. It works great!
I load the ATN and can´t find Frameposition Pop upwards and Doubleframe Popout ?? What is wrong by me ?
Please help. Thanks in Advance!
H Andama, pop upwards is the first action and double frame is the fourh one. Hope this helps!
That’s OK… Let me know how it goes (& please rate it if all is well ????)
Yes, now works very well for me. Good Tool for ” Out of Bound ” Photo´s.
Good Job Jipito !
Just wondering if it’s possible to change the frame at all? If I wanted a monitor/TV as the frame, for example. Thanks!
Hi Capeshnz, actually for that I have another item designed for that purpose. Check it out here: http://graphicriver.net/item/tv-popout-creator/11474885
Doesn’t work with CC2014
Please give more details, I don’t use CC2014 so I can’t test although I can’t see a reason why it shouldn’t work.
When it comes to size the frame, the frame is normally outwith (below) the picture and enormous. Have to go Cmd 0 to see it. Also the edges of the frame have a huge stroke. Unable to get anything like your example on the cat.
I think that you must be using a lo-res image, for example the cat image I used is 2336×3504. The sweets image used in the presentation was 1280×960 and as you can see the frame border is considerably larger. Send me a PM with an attached sample of your result and I’ll get back to you tonight when I’m at home on the computer.
It would appear pixel dimensions are less relevant than dpi (not totally irrelevant). DPI is more relevant. I changed pictures to 300 dpi and then reduced by 50% as image was at 150MB down to 45MB. That seemed to work. Pic dimensions were at 4000×5000 when action run.
Yes, I agree although I find when experimenting with the cat picture I get the same difference in the border size by changing to 300 dpi as I do by doubling the actual pixel size.
Anyway, hopefully it’s sorted now for you,
does not work in cs6
Please be more specific! Definitely works in CS6 because it was made using CS6!
I have tried several times with several photos and after selecting the part of the image with the pen tool and then pressing play, I get the following message. The command “Refine Edge” is not currently
available. (I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program as well)
OK, this is because ‘Refine Edge’ is looking fo a selection and bcause you have used the pen tool, you will need to convert the path to a selection before continuing (right click on the work path and choose ‘Make Selection).
You are right and I should have known that. Thanks so much for the great and speedy support. Just rated 5 stars. Works great
Thanks a lot fsoda for the rating and of course for purchasing
