I have CS5 and I can’t get it to work, I’ve tried the mattifier and skin brushing to no avail. I saw that CS3 and above should be able to work with it, when I downloaded the files it can with two versions (CS3-CS5 and CS6) but when I add the CS3-CS5 version it to my actions it says Skin by SparkleStock (Photoshop CS6). So i tried the other version and it says the same thing. Does this have anything to do with why I’m not seeing any results?

can u pls sent me the free direct link to download cs6

Hello just downloaded, I have Photoshop CC 2015 and I cannot get it to install.

Hello, I’ve recently purchased these actions but there is zero effect when I use them…I’ve tried both the CS3-5 and the CS6 versions. I’m running CC2015 but your earlier comments say it works fine with CC. I’m using a white brush against the black mask but nothing is happening. Please advise. Thank you!

Hey Does this product work with PHOTOSHOP CC 2015?

Hello, What is the recommended dimension or DPI of the the photo in order to use this action?

I installed the actions, and they worked for one photo before I started having issues (actually super slowly to do the surface blur for that image – took 45 minutes for it to render). The actions will still run, but now the brush tool no longer works on them. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the actions several times, updated software, and have done everything I can think of all to no avail. Why isn’t this working?

Hi Brandy. Sorry about the delay replying. The action runs slow if you are working on a 16/32-bit photo but not playing the actions that says 16/32-bit mode. It’ll run a lot faster if you use those actions.

Alternatively if you have Photoshop CC, you should open the Photoshop CC actions which will automatically pick the best mode depending on your image’s bit-depth and automatically correct common document issues.

If you can’t brush, ensure that your brush opacity is 100% in the option bar (below the menus). It’s easy to change the opacity when you press a number key on your keyboard.

I purchased this, originally I was amazed at how good it was, however now all I get when I run an action is “Unable to complete as no area selected” or “empty”

Try resetting your Photoshop settings and preferences to default. Make sure you backup any actions/brushes/patterns/etc. that you don’t have a copy of.

To restore preferences quickly using a keyboard shortcut: Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) as you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. The new preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.

will this action work with the latest PS version?

Waiting for your reply!

Hi sorry for the late reply! Yes these will work with the latest version of Photoshop.
