Hi, it is 85×55mm. However, some cards I used in the preview were 90×55, and they looked fine, too. As the cards are in perspective, the distortion isn’t really notable.

First of all: Which photoshop version do you use ?
Did you make sure that you really double clicked the layer icon of the Smart Object ? Usually, a new document should then open up.
Do these steps work for you ?

For some reason it was not working in the previous Photoshop CS version. I opened the 2014 version and the smart object opened and it all worked. Thanks for the quick reply. My older PS must have something wrong with it.
