10 Text Actions.

Simply rename your layer to “text” (all lowercase and have it selected) then hit play.

All layers will be contained in 1 folder which you can scale down / move around so that the text layers stay together.

Most actions produce multiple layer styles which you might want to save out into your collection.

TIPS:

- I created them initially at a document size of 1024×768

- Create them big (so that you don’t lose much detail) and when you are happy with the result and want to scale the text right down, shift select all the layers and go to Layer -> Merge Layers. Now the text will be on a single layer and you can scale it down and sharpen it up.

- Experiment with fonts as different fonts may produce varying looks

- Double Click on a layer to bring up the layer styles dialog box. Select “Color Overlay” to re-color your text.

Fonts used in the above preview image are: Arial Black, Abode, Impact, Century Gothic, Misirlou, Broadway and Slant.
