If you want to use the actions on CMYK you would need to run the actions while the photo is RGB and then merge everything in the new folder that was created by the action and then convert the image to CMYK. Instructions included. Also an EXTRA action for this is included.
You are able to use these actions with older Photoshop except the action number 4 lighting effects will not work on older versions but you can pass that and use that particular action without that effect. I have added a 3000×2000 image of the light for you to add them manually for older versions of Photoshop. Instructions included as well.
