I'm sorry for the problem you had. I don't think it's a version related issue because it actually does work with every Photoshop version later than CC2015.

Great support. Many variations to try to get the best effect for your particular photo. The new window is clearly labeled with the variation id, so if you are trying several, you can know which ones you've tried and not

I loved each style in this action and it is fast and flexible to edit if you want to. With the click of a button, you are on your way becoming a van Gogh style artist. There are so many things you can do with this set of actions; if you are hesitant, try them out, you won't be sorry!
