Make yourself a wanted bandito, or prank a friend by inserting your poto in the placeholder (layer – smart object marked in red); right click on it, choose “edit contents”, paste for face and align eyes, nose and mouth with existing guidelines. Save and close that window, your face will appear in the woman’s head in the poster. Now you can scale, transform, rotate it until you make it fit better. Only your eyes, nose and mouth will be visible.

Retype text and you got yourself an old movie poster. Fonts used are:
