Fractional | CBO | CMO | CCO - Senior Marketing Communication Consultant
I am a “hybrid” professional with a non-traditional background and skills in key areas including the Web, e-mail, content, digital analytics, mobile and search engine marketing (SEA), marketing automation, social networking and PR. I am also good with creative writing, human behavior, and business management, which helps me create the maximum value possible out of every cent invested. These wide-ranging skills have been indispensable to me in developing my mastery of both sides of the same coin: that is, the capacity to connect with clients on the one hand, and the ability to analyze data and use strategic and deductive reasoning on the other.
As an expert in inbound marketing, I create strategies that begin with putting pen to paper on marketing plans, and then developing them on a tactical and operative level. I work in total autonomy to create fully integrated campaigns that produce real business results. I am able to develop and activate assets at every stage of the marketing funnel. For example I can create a reach and build a brand at the top end of the funnel, generate leads and convert them into sales in the middle section, and maintain a client base while expanding loyalty at the bottom. I apply the Kaizen (改善) philosophy to my marketing work: I work to constantly improve my knowledge, skills and ability to manage increasingly-complex technological integrations for analyzing data, transforming that data into useful information and then translating it into concrete actions, developing strategies and campaigns capable of having a direct impact on results.
I also possess the transferable “soft” skills that help me fit in to any professional environment: attention, listening skills, cooperation, concentration, and ego control. The team comes first.
I have a clear picture of how my actions influence the company’s objectives: one of my duties is to “systematize success,” that is, ensuring projects adhere to predefined budgets and timetables while maintaining high quality standards and careful attention to detail; defining realistic expectations and goals, aligned with the client’s resources and potential; communicating the status of the project, along with the successes and obstacles encountered by the campaign, changes in priorities and opportunities in real time, and so on. Producing measurable results and the ability to demonstrate the value of the marketing strategies to CEOs, financial directors, and all other members of the management team.
