I just purchased it and tried to install it (I have a MAC M1 and followed the instructions to open Photoshop 2026 in Rosetta Mode). It gave me the error “The ‘Realistic Embroidery’ extension could not be loaded because it was not properly signed.

Version: 1.0.0 Path:/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CEP/extensions/blacknull.plugins.re”

Can you help?

Hi, thank you for the support!

This issue can happen if just one file of the folder Realistic Embroidery is accidentally modified before installing it.

Please try this:

1) Delete all the files of Realistic Embroidery from your hard drive. 2) Disable your antivirus (sometimes it can change files inside a .zip file during download) 3) Download the archive again from the market: https://graphicriver.net/downloads 4) Right click on the downloaded archive and select “Extract Here”. 5) Open Photoshop and load the file Installer.jsx from File>Scripts>Browse.

If it still not working, please try the manual installation. Instructions: https://graphicriver.net/item/realistic-embroidery-photoshop-plugin/34168279/support

Best Regards,

hello, does this also have the ability to create NOHQs after rendering?

Hi, this plugin is for pre-visualizations. It will not create files suitable for embroidery machines.

hey trying finder out how install plugin into Photoshop

Hi, thank you for the support!

You can find the installation instruction at page in the first section of the guide or in the video tutorial here: https://youtu.be/ZfY0zFBbFkU?si=Aw499T72j2TzcJ6G&t=26

Which version of Photoshop and operating system are you working on?

Regards,

Can confirm the latest version now works on Photoshop 2025, on Windows at least. My problem is that the extension window doesn’t fit the entire interface so the buttons are cut off, and no scaling option in PS or Windows itself seems to work. Any guidance on this?

Hi, Thank you for the the support and feedback.

Could you please send an email with a screenshot of your Photoshop interface showing the plugin open? You can use the contact form on my profile page: https://graphicriver.net/user/blacknull

Also, are you working on a high-DPI monitor?

Regards,

Hi, Like about everyone else….. the install DOES NOT work. BUYER BEWARE….. look at all of these users who have install issues The instructions ….. NO….. there should literally be an install program so the user doesn’t have to “figure out” what version of the software and what folder to put stuff in. This is sick – I’ve spent AN HOUR wasting my time.

I want my money back

Frustrated

Hi,

Sorry for the trouble, and thank you for your support!

Yes, there was an issue with the installation file in the latest versions of Photoshop, but it has now been fixed. The updated version has been available for download since yesterday.

The delay was due to the fact that, after updating the code, it had to be thoroughly tested and then reviewed by Envato.

Please delete the old version and download the updated one using this link: https://graphicriver.net/downloads

If you experience any issues with this new version, please let me know in the email you’ve sent, and I’ll help you resolve it right away.

Regards,

Hi BackNull

I don’t see the plugin in Photoshop. Seems its cant install to MacBook Pro M3 – Sequoia OS – the newest Photoshop. I’ve already read the solutions here but nothing helped or I don’t understand something. I’m not a very experienced plugin user, but last time in another version I was able to easily install and use it. Please help – how can I install it?

Hi, I just replied to your e-mail with the installation instructions. Thank you again for the support!

Regards,

Just purchased and experiencing the same issue as many others. I have a MacBook Pro M3 Max and cannot access the extensions tick box in preferences. Have loaded in Rosetta and when I open Photoshop using this, the Legacy tick box is accessible but when I open Photoshop I get a Javascript cannot be found box and Embroidery script cannot be accessed. Need help….thanks.

Hi, you can now attach the Image in my reply.

Just wanted to respond again…thanks to BlackNull for being so helpful. I worked out that the best way to resolve this was to uninstall Photoshop, then reinstall and also reinstall Rosetta. Then I opened Photoshop in Rosetta mode and all is working fab. Also…I urge everyone to watch the video on Youtube that explains how to use the plugin. It’s really comprehensive and a massive help. So anyone who’s struggling, try the uninstall/reinstall of Photoshop as this might solve the problem.

Hi, I’m glad it’s working now. I usually keep reinstallation as a last resort for these kind of issues, but often it’s the quickest solution. Let me know if you need any suggestion with the plugin, thanks again!

Hi, I installed the plug-in, but then there the legacy extension was grey..I did as advised to someone else (Edit > Preferences > Plugins and make sure that the option “Load Extension Panels” is active.) but it still doesn’t work.. 2024 MBP M3 Chip and I cant find Window > Extension

Hi, thank you for the support!

With M3 chips you’ll need to run Photoshop in Rosetta mode. here are the instruction in the official Adobe page: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/photoshop-for-apple-silicon.html

Also, please check if this setting is active in your PS:

- Open Photoshop and go to menu Edit > Preferences > Plugins > Legacy Extensions and activate “Load Extension Panels” - Close and restart Photoshop. Check if the menu is available

If you’re still having issues, please send a support request using the contact form on my profile page. That way, I’ll be able to help you with more detailed instructions and screenshots.

Best Regards,

how do I load this into photoshop?

Hi, thanks again for the support! I just replied to your e-mail

when i try to install, it gives me the message “extension could not be loaded because it was not properly signed. what does this mean?!

Hi, thank you for the support! This message appears if one of the files inside the downloaded archive is modified before the installation, Photoshop doesn’t recognize it as an original set of files.

Please try this: - Delete all the downloaded files of the plugin - Disable the antivirus if you have one (we found out that some AVs were tampering with files during the download) - Download the zip again from: https://graphicriver.net/downloads - Extract the files and try the installation again

If it still not working, please send a message through the contact form on my profile page and I’ll send you the instructions for the manual installation that completely bypasses this issue:

Regards,

Hi i use Photoshop 2021 and use it on WIndows 11

I am so beyond disapointed to learn I have to use rosetta to use this product. I am unable to run Rosetta due to work IT restrictions on my machine. I know it is BRIEFLY listed in the description, but that doesn’t adequately describe the needs. I would greatly appreciate a refund as this was something I needed to get done today.

Hi, thank you for the support!

I’m very sorry that you’ve bumped into this issue, we will make it more clear in the top of the preview.

Please send a message through the contact form of my profile page and we will sort this out quickly.

Regards,

Requires that you run the app in Rosetta if on a newer Mac!! What a joke. Please refund me.

Also adds $3.24 in “handling” for a digital download. Wow.

Hi thank you for the support,

All CEP based extensions like Realistic Embroidery won’t load on a Mac with M1/M2 chip unless you run Photoshop in Rosetta mode.

This is addressed in the description of the product right after the preview.

Here is the link to the official Adobe page: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/photoshop-for-apple-silicon.html

If you’ve bumped into any issue with this, please send a support request through the contact form on my profile page.

It’s a simple operation, we will exchange screenshots and solve this quickly.

Regarding the handling fee, I really cannot help you with that, I’m sorry. It’s something that us authors have no control over.

Hi, I’m attempting to print the design out to transfer on a tshirt, but there are some semi-transparent pixels around the edges. With the transfer printing, a white base prints underneath any pixels so it’s not crisp and clear. Is there a way to remove these semi-transparent pixels so it doesn’t show up? Is there a layer I can edit? Thanks.

Hi, thank you for the support!
